JUDGMENT 1. - In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 18.10.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Sri Karanpur, District Sri Ganganagar, whereby, the opportunity to file written statement was closed. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, 1 deem it appropriate to grant last opportunity to the petitioner to file written statement. 3. In this view of the matter, the order dated 18.10.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Sri Karanpur, District Sri Ganganagar is hereby quashed and set aside. The petitioner is hereby granted one last opportunity to file his written statement within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if petitioner will not file written statement within the stipulated period, then trial Court will be at liberty to proceed further.With the above direction/observation, this writ petition is disposed of.Petition Disposed of. *******
