JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case as revealed from the evidence on record filed alongwith the challan including the dying declaration as well as the statement of the deceased under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Moreover, looking to the evidence on record as well as the seriousness of the allegations against co-accused Smt. Kanku Devi, Smt. Vidhya Devi and Smt. Lata, this Court has already dismissed their bail application on 9.12.2011. 3. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. 4. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner Prabhu Singh @ Prabhu Dayal Singh @ Naina Singh S/o Shri Ram Singh in F.I.R. No. 238/2011, registered at Police Station Jawaja, District Ajmer, shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.Bail application allowed. *******
