JUDGMENT :- 1. This writ petition was listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter submitted by the counsel appearing for the petitioner and also based on the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
