At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents had filed a counter affidavit. Paragraph No.11 of the counter affidavit states as follows: "11. I humbly submit that as regards to para 6, 7 and 8 are concerned, the contents of petitioner are false and frivolous. A detailed enquiryand fair investigation was conducted. In the investigation, it was found that the complaint lodged by the petitioner's father was false and therefore the case referred as Mistake of fact. There is no lapse in the investigation. There was no need to transfer the case to the 4th respondent for further investigation as already investigation is over and final order is filed and accepted by the competent court." 3. In such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. However it goes without saying that it would be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised, in accordance with law. No costs.
