Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
