JUDGMENT :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the relief sought for, by the petitioner in the present writ petition had already been granted and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2. Hence, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
