JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the vehicle in question had already been released, pursuant to an order passed by this Court, on 25.05.2011, made in W.P.No.12853 of 2011. 3. In such circumstances, since no further order is necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
