JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as Mr.J.Narayanasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the order passed by this Court, on 21.03.2011, in M.P.No.1 of 2011, in W.P.No.14667 of 2010. 3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
