JUDGEMENT Sheema Ali Khan, J. 1. The dispute is with respect to the purchase and payment of the value of the debentures. The parties have compromised the matter and the petitioner has produced a demand draft of Rs. 1,35875.00 in favour of Mrs. Satyabhama Devi. This draft amount is being accepted by the Counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. Let photocopy of the demand draft be kept on record. Counsel for both the parties jointly submits that they have no further dispute with each other. In view of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 12.10.2001 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1477 (C) of 2001 is hereby quashed. This application is accordingly allowed.
