JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that an order had been passed, on 3.3.2011, as directed by this Court, by its order, dated 27.1.2011, made in W.P.No.1615 of 2011. A copy of the said order had also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
