JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. These writ petitions have been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order of the first Respondent, in G.O.Ms.No.697 Home (Transport-5) Department, dated 5.8.2010, and to quash the same. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that if the petitioners make their representations for the reconsideration of the conditions imposed, by way of the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department, dated 5.8.2010, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a specified period, as directed by this Court. 4. He had further submitted that the respondents would not implement the said Government Order, till appropriate orders are passed on the representations to be submitted by the petitioners. 5. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, it is made clear that it would be open to the petitioners to make the necessary representations, to the first respondent State Government, for the reconsideration of the conditions imposed on them, by way of the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department, dated 5.8.2010, within a period of fifteen days from today and on receipt of such representations being made the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
