JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that patta has been issued to some of the members of the petitioner Sangam. However, it is not clear as to whether the other members of the petitioner sangam have also been issued with the pattas. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, it is made clear that it would be open to the members of the petitioners Sangam, who have not been issued with the pattas to make individual representations to the second respondent, within a period of 15 days from today, i.e., 28.06.2011, for issue of the pattas. On such representation being made, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, after giving an opportunity to the fifth respondent, as well as the other persons concerned, if any. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
