JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the impugned order of the respondent, dated 20.05.2011, is set aside and the respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order, afresh, pursuant to the notice issued by the respondent, in TNGST 2883389/2006-07, dated 17.02.2011, after considering the purchase bills to be submitted by the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 3. In such circumstances, the impugned order of the respondent, dated 20.05.2011, is set aside. The petitioner is permitted to produce the purchase bills to the respondent, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of the said purchase bills, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, pursuant to the notice issued by the respondent, in TNGST 2883389/2006-07, dated 17.02.2011, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
