Order I.A. No. 10551 of 2011 This Interlocutory Application pertains to a land of Jharkhand State Housing Board, which is said to have been permitted by the R.R.DA for construction to a private builder. If the allegations are correct, then it is a very serious matter. This matter will be looked into by the R.R.D.A. and its response will be filed by 8th April, 2011. 2. In the meantime, the petitioner will appear before the C.B.I. Officers, who are investigating the matter in relation to the lands and other irregularities committed by the R.R.D.A. and others like the State Authorities and would apprise the investigating officer of the same. 3. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, who represents the Jharkhand State Housing Board bring to the notice of the Court that apart from this land, there are many other lands of the Housing Board, which have been permitted by the R.R.D.A. to be constructed by the private builders. 4. Mr. Gadodia will instruct the officials of the Housing Board to appear before the C.B.I. officers, investigating the matter, to apprise them of such irregularities, which they are investigating. 5. Learned counsel for the State will look into all the orders which are required to be complied with and will file tabulated response on all the directions given to the State by 8th April, 2011. 6. Put up these matters on 8th April, 2011. I.A. No. 993 of 2011 in W.P.(PIL) No. 1872 of 2010 7. Mr. Shailesh, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw I.A. No. 993 of 2011. 8. Ordered accordingly.
