ORDER 1. Heard on the point of admission and written compromise dated 30.11.2010 which is said to contain signature of both the parties. Both the parties are present III person. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that as per authorities Jagdish Chanana and Ors. v. State of Haryana and Anr. AIR 2008 SC 1968 and Madan Mohan Abbot v. State of Punjab, AIR 2008 SC 1969 , in which it has been held that when the matter has been compromised between the parties then the non-compoundable offence and rest of the proceedings be quashed as there is no likelihood of any conviction. 3. In Criminal Case No. 8207/09 arising out of the Crime No. 75/09 registered at Police Station Piplani, Bhopal, the parties reveal that they have entered or into the compromise and they have no dispute so the parties are directed to file joint application for compromise today. 4. Compromise application has been filed by the parties by covering memo No. 650 dated 8.3.2011. It has been verified. The compromise seems to be voluntary, hence it is accepted. So the proceedings, in Criminal Case No. 8207/ 09 arising out of the Crime No. 75/09 registered at Police Station Piplani, Bhopal, pending before the JMFC, Bhopal, against the petitioners viz. Mohd. Saleem Khan, Mohd. Azizuddin Khan, Mohd. Fazal Khan, Adbul Jabbar, Mohd. Yaseen Khan and Akbar Khan together with the FIR are hereby quashed.
