Judgment Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: CWPs No.8660 & 8667 of 2010. “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. due date i.e. August, 2005 as per the policy of the State Government. (ii) That the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits in favour of petitioner w.e.f. August, 2005 till the date ofrealization with interest @ 18% per annum. CWP No.8661 of 2010. “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. due date i.e. January, 2004 as per the policy of the State Government. (ii) That the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits in favour of petitioner w.e.f. January, 2004 till the date of realization with interest @ 18% per annum. CWP No.8663 of 2010. “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. due date i.e. January, 2006 as per the policy of the State Government. (ii) That the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits in favour of petitioner w.e.f. January, 2006 till the date of realization with interest @ 18% per annum.” 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010 titled as Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State of H.P. and others decided on 28th July, 2010 and CWP No. 1594 of 2008 titled as Man Singh vs. State of H.P. and others. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to approach the first respondent within a period of one month, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent in the light of the judgments, referred to above and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken within another four months from the date of receipt of the representation(s) along with a copy of this judgment and the copies of the judgments, referred to above. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
