JUDGMENT: Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has already made a representation for the redressal of his grievance to the Engineer-in-Chief vide Annexure P-D on 28th November, 2000. Same has not been decided till date. Consequently, the present petition is disposed with a direction to the Engineer-in-Chief, H.P. PWD, Shimla to decide the same by a speaking order, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
