JUDGMENT : The Court: The art.226 petition is disposed of directing the licensee under the Electricity Act, 2003 to decide the petitioner’s application for supply of electricity within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order. After making enquiry, recording proceedings and hearing parties, if necessary, the licensee shall give a reasoned decision that shall be communicated to all at once. If the petitioner is entitled to supply, then supply shall be given immediately. No costs.
