The case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that though he has been working with the respondent-Board for more than 15 years, however, his case has not been considered for promotion to the post of Helper. 2. The case of the respondent-Board precisely is that the post of Helper is not available in Rohru Circle. However, the fact of the matter is that the case of the petitioner is required to be looked into as per the instructions issued on 24th November, 2004 (Annexure A-19). 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Board to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Helper from the feeder category of T/Mate as per Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. instructions dated 24th November, 2004 (Annexure A-19) within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
