JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. CMP(M)No. 1521/2010 & C.Review No. 154/2010 This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the review petition against the judgment dated 29.3.2010 rendered in CWP (T) No. 4654/2008. There is inordinate delay of about seven months in filing the review petition. The delay has not been explained satisfactorily. No grounds have been made out by the applicant for the condonation of delay. However, still in the interest of justice, the matter was heard on its merit. 2. Mr. Neel Kamal Sharma has failed to point out any error apparent on the face of record. The services of the applicant already stand terminated on 25.11.2010. 3. Consequently, the application and review petition are disposed of. No costs.
