Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that in similar circumstances, the Division Bench of this Court, had passed an order, in R.Rajamani Vs. Presiding Officer, Second Additional Labour Court, Chennai and another, reported in 2007(2) LLN 485, permitting Mr.N.Balasubramanian to appear on behalf of the petitioner management, in I.D.No.256 of 2002, on the file of the first respondent, based on the authorisation granted, under Section 36(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. It is also pointed out that an order, dated 03.07.2009, had been passed, in W.P.Nos.10622 to 10624 of 2006, permitting Mr.N.Balasubramanian to represent the petitioner management in his capacity as a member of the managing committee of the employer's association. 2. In view of the orders passed by this Court, as cited above, the first respondent is directed to permit Mr.N.Balasubramanian, to represent the petitioner Management, based on the authorisation granted, under Section 36(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, in I.D.No. 22 of 2005, P.No.11 of 2004, P.No.1 of 2005 and I.D.No.11 of 2005. These Writ Petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs.
