JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. P.P. Chauhan, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioners to file fresh petition on the same and similar cause of action in the appropriate forum. However, it is further made clear that since the petitioners had been pursuing the remedy diligently in this Court, the question of limitation shall not come in their way in view of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
