Judgment V.K.Sharma,J. Both the petitioner and private respondent No.2 are working as Medical officers. Their spouses are also medical officers. Thus, these are couple cases. 2. The petitioner was posted at Primary Health Centre, Dheera, District Kangra from where he has been transferred to Primary Health Centre, Rajhoon, District Kangra vice private respondent No.2. Being aggrieved he has filed the present petition on the twin grounds, firstly that he has been transferred despite short stay of five months and secondly since his wife is also working as Medical Officer at Bhawarana which is at a distance of 10-12 kilo meters from Dheera, they have been disturbed in violation of the Government policy which stipulates posting of couple cases either at the same or nearby stations. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. 3. Both private respondent No.2 and her husband are posted as medical officers at Primary Health Centre, Dheera, District Kangra and in case any of them is disputed it would also amount to the violation of the aforesaid government policy regarding posting of couple cases. 4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to reconcile the above conflicting interests strictly in accordance with the Government Policy regarding posting of couple cases so that no inconvenience is caused either to the petitioner or private respondent No.2 or their spouses. This exercise shall be carried out within two months from today. Interim order dated 1.12.2010 shall continue till then. 5. The petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
