The State Government will come-up with the complete road map and comprehensive design as to how does it propose to execute the orders of this Court which have been passed in this petition filed in the year 2008 and earlier orders in other P.I.Ls. which have been passed in 2003 and 2006 by this Court. 3. At present the application is laconic and in that view of the matter this Court cannot pass any order which may have a tendency of interference in the orders passed by a Cord in ate Bench in past. 4. Put up after three weeks. I.A. No. 1151 of 2011 and I.A. No. 1152 of 2011 5. Both these Interlocutory Applications are dismissed as withdrawn to file a fresh independent petition. I.A. No. 1205 of 2011 6. This Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn to be filed in appropriate case.
