Judgment :- M. JAICHANDREN J. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent had placed before this Court a communication from the respondent stating that necessary sanction from the Government is awaited for appointing persons to the post of Noon Meal Organisers at Kalarpalayam village, Tiruvannamalai District. 2. It had also been stated that when the necessary sanction of the Government is received, the request of the petitioner would be considered, as per the prevailing norms and procedures. 3. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
