ORDER : 1. On mentioning, let this matter be taken on board. 2. On 2nd March, 2011, we had dismissed the writ petition in view of the decision of this Court in the case of Commissioner of Central Excise, Nagpur Vs. Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhavan Ltd., on which reliance had been placed by the Commissioner, Customs(Appeals), Mumbai-II. The said decision was in relation to prayer (c) of the writ petition and did not cover the other prayers. However, the same being the main prayer, we were not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which was dismissed. 3. Let the order of 2nd March, 2011, be clarified accordingly.
