JUDGMENT V.K.Sharma, Judge (Oral) The petitioner who is working as Trained Graduate Teacher, is aggrieved by the impugned corrigendum dated 7th September, 2010, Annexure P-1, whereby she has been ordered to be transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Bohni, District Hmirpur to Government Senior Secondary School, Basoli, District Una simply with a view to adjust private respondent No.3 Smt. Santosh Kumari who was earlier under transfer from Government Senior Secondary School, Hamirpur to Government Senior Secondary School, Basoli, District Una. Precise grievance of the petitioner is that she has been disturbed despite short stay of just over one year. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. 2. Respondents No. 1 and 2 are yet to file replies. However, in view of agreement between the appearing parties, the petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction that subject to the petitioner making a representation along with copy of this judgment to respondent No.2 within a fortnight from today, the said respondent shall consider the same and take a final decision in the matter within next fortnight in accordance with law and justice by taking into consideration short stay of the petitioner as also the fact that private respondent No.3 who was already under transfer to another place has been posted vice the petitioner only to adjust her, after hearing the petitioner and private respondent No.3 Smt. Santosh Kumari, if so desired. Interim order dated 10.9.2010 shall continue till then. 4. The petition stands disposd of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
