ORDER : G.S. Singhvi, A.K. Ganguly, JJ. Shri A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel representing the Archaeological Survey of India gave out that the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India suggested composition of the committee but he has advised him to include some more experts. Shri Rao says that he will get in touch with the learned Additional Solicitor General and the counsel representing the State of Karnataka and will get back to the Court within two weeks on the issue of composition of the committee. 2. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned counsel for the State of Karnataka made a statement that in all 9 lessees are carrying on mining activities within 2 kilometers from Jambunatheswara temple. She is allowed to file an affidavit to that effect within three days. 3. List the matter on 11.03.2011 for considering the question of stay on all other mining activities within two kilometers of temple in question. To be taken up immediately after the fresh and adjourned matters.
