JUDGMENT :- 1. The case is posted today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at 2.15 p.m. It is reported by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the suit claim was settled in between the parties and the matter was settled out of Court. To that effect, learned counsel for the plaintiffs has made an endorsement on the plaint. 2. Perused. Satisfied. 3. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund half of the court fee as per the procedure in the name of the first plaintiff.
