JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had submitted that the request of the petitioner for the grant of educational loan could not be processed, as the petitioner had not submitted the bona fide certificate to show that she is a student of the college concerned and a certificate showing the fees structure of the college. Note: Issue order copy on 16.8.2011 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that both the certificates, as required by the respondent, had already been submitted to the respondent bank. 3. Copies of the said certificates had been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 4. In such circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for the grant of educational loan and to pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
