JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “(i) That the appointment of respondent no. 5 as mid-day-meal worker in Government Primary School Surahikhad on the basis of order dated 22.5.2010 contained in Annexure P-1 may kindly be quashed. (ii) That the respondent no. 1 to 4 may kindly be directed to give appointment to the petitioner as mid-day-meal worker in Government Primary School Surahikhad, P.O. Nandi, Tehsil Chachiot, District Mandi, H.P. by issuing a writ of mandamus.” 2. It is for the petitioner to bring the grievances to the notice of the 4th respondent, in which case, the 4th respondent will get an opportunity to look into the matter with notice to the parties. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows:- In the event of the petitioner filing an appropriate representation before the 4th respondent, the matter will be examined with notice to the petitioner, 3rd and 5th respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law and justice will be taken thereon within another four months. The petitioner will serve a copy of this judgment and a copy of the writ petition on the 4th and 5th respondents.
