JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has approached this Court seeking regularization after completion of 10 years uninterrupted service. Mr. Naresh Kaul, learned Counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure R-IV. A bare perusal of Annexure R-IV reveals that the petitioner had completed 10 years uninterrupted service w.e.f. 1994 with 240 days in each calender year. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization, as per Annexure R-IV, within a period of eight weeks after the date of production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The petitioner shall be entitled to all the consequential benefits. No costs.
