JUDGMENT Biplab Kumar Sharma, J. 1. By means of this writ petition, two Petitioners have prayed for a direction to the Respondents to allow stall/plot of land in their favour. They have also prayed for cancellation of allotment made in favour of the private Respondents. 2. In the counter affidavit filed by the Respondents, it has been stated that the Petitioner No. 1 did not apply for stall on rental basis while the Petitioner No. 2 applied for stall one at second Hawker's corner and another at Lal matia, M.G. Bazar and that the Petitioner No. 2 was allowed a stall at second Hawker's corner. 3. Above being the position, there cannot be any grievance so far as the Petitioner No. 2 is concerned. Further, the Petitioner No. 1 being not an applicant he cannot make any grievance against the allotment of stalls to the private Respondents. 4. I have heard Mr. P.K. Paul, learned Counsel for the Petitioners as well as Ms A.S. Lodh, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State Respondents. 5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the Petitioners. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order stands vacated. Petition dismissed.
