JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That Writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to the Respondents to grant W/C Status/Regularization of the Daily Wage Service with effect from 30.9.2004 alongwith arrears of amount due with 9% interest thereon.” 2. It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered in favour of the petitioner by the judgments rendered by this Court in Rakesh Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & ors., CWP No. 2735 of 2010, decided on 28th July, 2010 and Phool Maya vs. State of H.P.& ors, CWP(T) No. 10220 of 2008, decided on 17.3.2010. 3. In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgments, referred to above, a similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also as extended to the petitioners referred to in the judgments, as above. The needful action in that regard shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and a copy of the judgments referred to above by the petitioner. 4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. Copy Dasti.
