JUDGMENT :- 1. Writ Petition No.1649 of 2010 is for a direction to publish the results of the students admitted to BAMS course during the academic year 2008-2009 in Dharma Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur, who were permitted to sit for the examinations pursuant to the order in M.P.No.2 of 2010 in W.P.No.7598 of 2009 and all of them have written the examinations. 2. Likewise, Writ Petition No.1651 of 2010 also relates to the publication of the results of the students admitted to BSMS course during the academic year 2008-2009 in Velumailu Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur, who were also permitted to write the examinations pursuant to the order in M.P.No.2 of 2010 in W.P.No.7599 of 2009. 3. Writ Petition No.1650 of 2011 relates to permission to be granted to the students, viz., (1) Achu Thilak, (2) Rinson Kurian, (3) Rijo Joseph, (4) Priyanka T.Ram, (5) Simsy K.Simon, (6) Anusree K.M. (7) Anusha Raj C.L. (8) Resma Ajith, (9) Priyanka B.P. (10) Iren G.Babu, (11) Geethu Babu, (12) Arsha V.S., (13) Rugma Rajendran, (14) Susan Ignatious, (15) Surya S.Madhavan, (16) Veena V.S, (17) Thansy T, (18) Sreelakshmi A.S, (19) Divyalekshmi S.G, (20) Athira S.Nair, (21) Reshma Satheesh, (22) Preethy Das, (23) Nimisha Lekshmi R, (24) Gowri T, (25) Afila M, (26) Dhanya Krishnan, (27) Arya P.Ravi, (28) Shamna C.A, (29) Leema Joseph, (30) Liji S, (31) Haritha Suresh, (32) Stephy Surendran S, (33) Aswath P.M., (34) Vrinda R, (35) Ajith Kumar R, (36) Arjun Joseph, (37) Kavitha L.K., and (38) Aswani P., who were admitted to BAMS course in Dharma Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur, during the academic year 2009-2010 so as to enable them to appear for the first year examinations to be commenced from 01.02.2011. 4. 4. Similarly, W.P.No.1652 of 2011 relates to permission to be granted to the students, viz., (1) D.Dilli Babu, (2) B.Pradeep Kumar, (3) S.Yesudas, (4) V.Kannan, (5) M.Manimaran, (6) C.J.Leo Fedrick, (7) G.Narmada Devi, (8) G.Vijayalakshmi, (9) A.V.Nithyakala, (10) V.G.Dhivya Deepa, (11) S.Suganya, (12) K.Hariharan, (13) S.M.Yashini, (14) T.Shanmuga Priya, (15) S.Mosikeeran, (16) A.Anandan, (17) P.Ramanujam, (18) R.Vidhya, (19) S.Semalatha, (20) V.Gunasundhari, (21) V.T.Ganesan, (22) P.Poovarasan, (23) G.Dhinesh Raman, (24) S.Praveen Kumar, (25) N.Porpadharan, (26) S.Logeswaran, (27) D.Murugesa Pandian, (28) S.Velayudham, who were admitted in BSMS course in Velumailu Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur during the academic year 2009-2010 so as to enable them to appear for the first year examinations to be commenced from 01.02.2011. 5. The said writ petitions, in which the interim orders have been passed in W.P.Nos.7598 of 2009 and 3046 of 2010 came to be allowed admittedly on 20.01.2011 and as such, there was no impediment for releasing the result in respect of those candidates. Accordingly, W.P.Nos.1649 and 1651 of 2011 stand allowed with a direction to the 2nd respondent University, the Contoller of Examinations, The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, to release the result of those students, who have written examinations subject matter of W.P.Nos.1649 and 1651 of 2011 and the results shall be released by 27.01.2011 and based on the results, which may be published, the candidates, who may fail in the examinations shall be permitted to write the arrear examinations to be commenced from 01.02.2011 onwards. 6. In respect of W.P.Nos.1650 and 1652 of 2011, the fresh candidates, who were admitted in the respective colleges shall be permitted to write their first year BAMS course during the academic year 2009-2010 in Dharma Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur, and BSMS course during the academic year 2009-2010 in Velumailu Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur, respectively to be commenced from 1st February, 2011. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
