JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That respondents may be ordered to promote the petitioners as Head Teacher & Central Head Teachers from department will all the benefits incidental thereof and in the light of the judgment rendered in Gian Singh Vrs. State of H.P.” 2. It is for the petitioners to bring their grievances to the notice of the second respondent. In the event of the petitioners approaching the second respondent, the matter will be duly considered by the second respondent and appropriate orders in accordance with law will be passed thereon, within a period of four months thereafter. We make it clear that while passing the orders as above, the second respondent will also advert to the submissions made in the representation. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. Copy Dasti.
