JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent had placed before this Court, an order, dated 18.1.2011, passed by the first respondent, granting licence to the fourth respondent to collect the empty bottles and for selling eatables, in respect of the TASMAC bar Shop No.708, located at Door No.17, Bhavani Street, Bharathi Nagar, Chennai. 3. In such circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, cannot be granted by this Court, at this stage. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the first respondent, dated 18.1.2011, if so advised, in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
