JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- i) That a writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to the Respondents to decide the case of grant of W/C Status to the Petitioner w.e.f. 21-12-2004 pursuant to Hon’ble Apex Court judgment in ‘Mool Raj Upadhaya Vrs State of H.P.’ ibid with all consequential benefits i.e. arrear of pay with interest @ 9% upto date and similar reliefs have been granted to similarly situated persons in various other Divisions by this Hon’ble Court and the impugned office order No. 13031-37 dated 9-1-2007 Annex-P-1 may kindly be quashed and set aside.” 2. According to the petitioner the case is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others. It is for the petitioner to point out the same before the second respondent. In the event of the petitioner filing appropriate representation along with copy of the judgment referred to above, the matter will be duly examined by the second respondent after verifying the facts and appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within another four months. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
