JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the petitioner had been regularised in service, as a Mazdoor, Grade-II. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3. In view of the above submission, since, no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
