Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court ,on 13.12.2010, in W.P.No.28350 of 2010, had been complied with. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent. In such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed.
