JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 15.02.2010, in W.P.No.1189 of 2006, had been complied with. 2. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents, if she is aggrieved by the same, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
