JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J Mr. K.D. Shreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present petition is rendered infructuous due to intervening developments. Consequently, the petition is disposed of as infructuous, so also the pending applications, if any.
