Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition as infructuous, since the petitioner has subsequently passed in the examination and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
