JUDGEMENT Sheema Ali Khan, J. 1. In view of the statement made by the Opposite Party No. 2 i.e. M/s R. S. Enterprises through its proprietor Smt. Renu Devi that she does not want to contest this case, filed for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, this Court finds that it would be a futile exercise to continue with 2 the case as the offences are compoundable with the consent of the parties 2. In the result, the order dated 04.02.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 104 C of 2006 is hereby quashed. 3. This application is accordingly allowed.
