Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
