JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- a) That a writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued by directing the respondent No. 1 to consider the case of the petitioner for transferring him from the present place of posting i.e. Lingti Hydro Project Spiti at Kaza to the station of his choice as mentioned in Annexure P-5 forthwith.” 2. According to the petitioner, his request for transfer has been duly recommended and final orders are to be passed by the first respondent on Annexure P-5. There will be direction to the first respondent to pass orders on Annexure P-5, taking note of the recommendation therein and also taking note of the health condition of the petitioner. The needful as above shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of production of the copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition, by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
