Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction states that the fifth respondent provided electricity connection and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuos. He also made an endorsement to that effect. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
