JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner was engaged as daily waged Pump Operator on 24.9.1994. He worked continuously and completed 240 days in each calender year till 31.10.2005, as per the mandays chart, Annexure R-IV. 2. Case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that his services have not been regularized as per the notifications issued by the State Government from time to time. 3. Since, the petitioner had completed 10 years' uninterrupted service with 240 days in each calender year, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for conferment of work-charge status/regularization, as per the judgment rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010 titled as Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State of H.P. and others, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The petitioner shall be entitled to all the consequential benefits. No costs.
