JUDGMENT :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and an endorsement was also made to that effect. 2. Recording the said statement and the endorsement, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is also dismissed.
