JUDGMENT :- 1. The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2011, supplying LPG Cylinders, sufficient and efficient supply of Regulators for the newly registered customers, and all other essential needs as required for the smooth running of Agency without any kind of obstacles to public and customers or without adjusting the amounts paid for such supply towards pending SV/TV dues or any other modes of adjustments to suit the convenience of the respondent affecting the customers' service in any manner, taking into account the internal disputes. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that on 29.09.2011 itself an order was passed based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2011. 3. In view of the order already passed, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if the petitioner is aggrieved. No costs.
